As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I work with individuals (ages 10 and up) and families. I strive to create a warm, emotionally attuned space where clients feel safe expressing their feelings, supported in their experiences, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward when they feel stuck.
My areas of focus include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Life Transitions.
I believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and support. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them feel seen and supported as they move toward greater emotional balance and resilience.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening, and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Courtney holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from East Carolina University.

I aim to create a thoughtful and nonjudgmental space where people feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My areas of focus include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Identity, Faith and Meaning, Men’s Issues, Sexuality, and Couples and Family Relationships.
I value a creative approach that is thoughtful and responsive to each client’s needs. I am open to discussing questions of spirituality, faith, and meaning when they are important to clients. I do not impose my personal beliefs or values.
In my free time, I enjoy creative writing, drawing and painting, and hiking and camping.
Jonathan holds a Master of Clinical Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. He earned a Bachelor of Science in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
