Insurance: Courtney is currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. For all other insurance networks, we are out of network and can provide a Superbill (detailed receipt) upon request which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Mary Margaret is at this time an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a Superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We are in the process of getting Mary Margaret enrolled with BCBSNC and Aetna, and hope this will be complete by January 1st, 2027. This page will be updated once she is able to accept insurance.

Reduced Rate:  If cost limits you from receiving the care you need, please contact us about the current availability of reduced rate spots. These spots will be given based on need.

​Cancellations:  If you need to cancel a session, please cancel in the client portal or via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the session rate, and cancellations made within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full session rate.
